Condition Requirements for Returns:

    • The furniture in its original state, unused and undamaged.
    • All original packaging materials, such as boxes, bags, and protective wrappings intact.
    • All accessories, hardware, manuals, and other items that accompanied the purchase.
    • All tags and labels must remain attached. The product should not be altered in any way.
  • A reasonable inspection or trial to assess the product’s quality or function is permitted. However, any use beyond this, which diminishes the product’s value, is not considered a reasonable trial.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are handled as follows:
    • For eligible returns, you only cover the return shipping fee.
    • If the product is not eligible for a return or if you only partially return the product and do not meet our policy conditions, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Initiating a Return:

Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is essential for processing your return.

Return Shipping:

  • Upon receiving your RMA number, we will email you a return shipping label. Attach this label to your package and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

Refund Processing:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you prefer an exchange over a return, please specify this when you contact our customer service. We will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement item.

Timeframe:

  • Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date. It is important to initiate the return within this timeframe to ensure a hassle-free refund or exchange.

Final Notes:

  • Items that do not comply with our return policy will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are typically non-returnable due to their unique specifications.
